They always strive for improvement and that trait I really appreciate in ElectroNeek. It’s not something I dislike actually. ElectroNeek is quite complete and fully serves users’ needs.

The second thing is the speed of implementation and the results. With ElectroNeek it's rapid. The outcomes are visible within the first day of implementation. It's still magic for us.

And finally, the scalability of the product is simply impressive! ElectroNeek doesn't charge for the number of processes built so now we no longer need to make a choice among the processes, we automate as many processes as the business requires. * Has only flow chart layout and no sequence or state machine as far as I am aware of.

* The Discovery bot is very basic with little insight on the processes. Compared to other discovery bots this is really not impressive.

They are giving their fullest support for issues, product improvements are knowledge gaps. we can directly content their product team through the support teams.
