Upload a CCD, ASI, RFI, bulletin or T&M ticket and it pulls the electrical changes against your base scope, builds an itemized takeoff with labor units and a low, likely and high labor range, applies the overhead, profit and sub markup your contract allows, and writes a GC-ready narrative and proposal. You review every line. After the CO goes out, the CO log tracks status, days outstanding and ball-in-court, reminds you to follow up with the GC, and flags approved changes that have not been billed.
