Pricing is clear and transparent, and the range and ease of integrations offered meets 99% of our needs. Their customer support has always been helpful and very responsive. **What do you dislike about Electric?** There appears to be no way to provision new devices automatically. A lot of setup still needs to be carried out manually, and while designating other team members to be responsible for the manual steps is helpful, it would be even better if the software could manage these processes automatically. **What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onboarding and off-boarding team members, and mobile device management.
