**What do you like best about Electric?**

I like Electric because the dashboard is very helpful, and provisioning a laptop for a new employee is really easy. Previously, it was an intensive process that could take 1-2 hours, but now with Electric, I am able to pick a laptop and ship it to an employee within 5 minutes. Electric is user-friendly and provides more services, such as software provisioning. The initial setup was very easy and took me less than an hour.

**What do you dislike about Electric?**

The support is inconsistent. Sometimes the answers are readily available and easy to find on my own, but other times I need to contact support and there may be a delay.

**What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Electric to track and monitor laptops, including their health, warranties, lifespan, and security risks. It streamlines provisioning, allowing me to ship laptops to employees within 5 minutes, down from 1-2 hours.

**What do you like best about Electric?**

Electric has made our IT operations seamless from start to finish. From onboarding new hires to offboarding departing employees, the process is smooth, organized, and efficient. They handle everything from procuring and configuring laptops to setting up accounts and permissions, which saves our internal team significant time and effort. The level of communication and responsiveness is excellent, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. It’s given us peace of mind knowing every step is handled professionally. The ease of use is remarkable; the platform is intuitive, and requests can be made without complicated processes. Their customer support is exceptional, always quick to respond, proactive in problem-solving, and incredibly knowledgeable. The number of features available covers everything we need, from purchasing and configuring employee devices to account setup, security, and compliance tracking.

**What do you dislike about Electric?**

Everything about Electric has been excellent. My only wish is that I had more time to fully explore and use all the platform’s features, but my current workload makes that challenging but even with my limited usage, it is super helpful.

**What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Electric is helping us streamline IT asset management, mobile device management, and remote support in one place. It solves the challenge of tracking and maintaining company devices, ensuring new hires are set up quickly and departing employees are offboarded securely. The platform also simplifies mobile device oversight and provides quick remote troubleshooting, saving our internal team significant time and reducing downtime for employees. Overall, it’s improved efficiency, security, and the employee experience across the organization.

**What do you like best about Electric?**

As a small business owner without a tech background, I knew I had to outsource IT.  Electric IT Hub lets me see all of my systems in one simple dashboard, so I can quickly check for any risks and get on with my day. The layout is clean and user-friendly.

I really appreciate the flexible pricing. You only pay for what you need, and it’s easy to add on services if your business grows.

What surprised me the most was how great the customer service is. From the first call, Julian helped me figure out exactly what services would benefit my business without over-selling any upgrades. After signing the contract, I was assigned a success manager, Kirsten, who’s been amazing. She’s responsive, helpful, and just a genuinely nice person.

If you’re looking for a one-stop shop for IT with a team that really cares about its customers, Electric is the way to go.

None - So far, everything has exceeded my expectations.

**What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Electric IT Hub helps me manage multiple IT systems into one convenient dashboard. This saves me time and gives me peace of mind knowing that my IT needs are being met.

**What do you like best about Electric?**

IT Hub gives us excellent, direct insight into our fleet of machines and their status.  The platform makes it very easy to see where the issues are and how to solve them.  In many cases, notification emails with instructions for the end user are automatically triggered from the platform to help them resolve their own issues.

**What do you dislike about Electric?**

The product is relatively new and there were a few hiccups and technical issues in the early days.  That said, Electric has addressed them all quickly and efficiently and implemented changes to keep them from recurring in the future.  Electric is also making constant updates to the features and usability of the platform that make it increasingly useful.

**What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is the first time we've been able to have comprehensive in-platform tracking of all our devices with the ability to include the full compliment of details about each machine.  Further, this is integrated with user data and machine status monitoring making it very easy for us to manage our fleet all in one place and without needing secondary spreadsheets or data sets to track everything we need.

**What do you like best about Electric?**

The simple and easy to use interface makes onboarding and off-boarding team members and devices quick and efficient. Pricing is clear and transparent, and the range and ease of integrations offered meets 99% of our needs. Their customer support has always been helpful and very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Electric?**

There appears to be no way to provision new devices automatically. A lot of setup still needs to be carried out manually, and while designating other team members to be responsible for the manual steps is helpful, it would be even better if the software could manage these processes automatically.

**What problems is Electric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding and off-boarding team members, and mobile device management. Electric IT Hub allows us to quickly and easily provision new accounts and remotely manage their device.

**What do you like best about Electric?**

Switching to Electric IT Hub has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our company's IT needs. As a small-to-mid-sized business, we needed a solution that meet us where we are today, but also will continue to grow with us as we expand — Electric IT Hub has exceeded expectations on all fronts.

The dashboard is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to oversee the administrative aspect of our IT program. Onboarding was nearly effortless, we were up and running within a few days, and our entire team was able to easily install the hub to their systems with a couple of clicks. 

Cost-wise, making the switch to Electric IT Hub has reduced our overhead costs by nearly 75%. We have all the features we need for our business today, and none of the unnecessary extras that drive up costs. The a la cart options with Electric IT hub mean we're only paying for what we need - but can always add new features and options as we grow. 

The team at Electric is knowledgeable, easy to work with and made sure the proposed solution aligned with our company’s needs. Their approach to cybersecurity and data protection gives me confidence that my business is safe. 

We're also confident that Electric IT Hub will continue to support us as we grow, which was important to me when I was first looking for a solution. What works for us today as a smaller business, may not work for us in 5 years, but with Electric I'm confident we can adjust and flex the system to meet us where we are.

Honestly, I have zero complaints. The entire onboarding process was easy, efficient, and we are up and running on the platform with ease.

Cost savings without sacrificing quality - switching to Electric helped me cut our IT costs by nearly 75% without giving up the core features and support our business requires.

Excellent Remote Team Support – all our employees are remote, but installing the IT hub was simple, easy and not a distraction to our extended team. Electric made this process effortless with clear, concise instructional emails ensuring even our less tech proficient employees could easily get up and running. 

Core security features without unnecessary fluff - Electric provided great guidance on the recommended features for the current state of our organization to make sure we are protected, without upselling unnecessary add-ons. I also feel comfortable knowing I can always add on additional features if and when our business requires them in the future.

Intuitive management portal and reporting – The dashboard is super user friendly and makes managing IT tasks simple. This gives me time back in the day to focus on other priorities, but I easily have access to all the information I need to oversee the IT administration of our company. It integrated easily with our payroll/HR system - so I can easily on board and off board as needed.

There is some terminology (disposed/archived etc.) that is confusing

Provisioning, email backup, email security & anti-virus
I don't have IT experience, so having Electric monitor all of these problems in one location (IT Hub) is such a relief.
