Rather than delivering generic presentations, they share practical insights, real-world experiences, and actionable takeaways that spark meaningful discussion and can be applied immediately. **What do you dislike about Electives?** I don't have any meaningful criticisms. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and Electives has consistently delivered high-quality speakers and a seamless experience. **What problems is Electives solving and how is that benefiting you?** Electives solves a problem that many organizations face: creating a steady stream of high-quality, engaging learning content. Rather than investing significant time and resources into developing our own programming or searching for speakers, we can rely on Electives to consistently deliver exceptional presenters and relevant, thought-provoking sessions. So many platforms have on-demand learning, but the live learning fosters community within our company and connection outside of the company as well as accountability for our employees. Additionally, I appreciate that we also have access to largetr all-company learnings -- the classes and the high level of expertise of the instructors really sets Electives apart from other solutions. **What do you dislike about Electives?** For our global team, the times for live learning do not always easily line up for team members in non-US centric time zones and I would appreciate more optionality there. **What problems is Electives solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a company that is remaining relatively stable in terms of growth, we don't always have as a many opportunities for promotional pathways, but Electives provides an avenue for us to continue to very clearly invest in our team's growth. ### 3. They have supported us with initiatives centered around our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), professional development and recently, Claude enablement. Across 9 sessions with an average workshop size of 50 people, we maintained an NPS score of 83 or above — a testament to the quality of the experience the Electives team consistently delivered. **What do you dislike about Electives?** Nothing significant to note. I have been an L&D practitioner for 15+ years and haven’t come across a partner of this caliber before. The team has been a strong partner throughout our AI enablement journey, adapting to our needs at every turn. **What problems is Electives solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to drive meaningful AI adoption across a combined organization — fast. The partnership with Electives lifts a lot of the administrative burden off the internal planner, and they also provide very key insights post-event to determine what is and is not resonating with the team. The topics as well as the trainers/speakers are incredibly high-caliber and I am continuously impressed (and so is the team that joins the sessions!) **What do you dislike about Electives?** I am very happy with Electives, I want them to continue to expanding programming offerings which they are already doing. **What problems is Electives solving and how is that benefiting you?** Electives connects my team with top-notch professors for diverse learnings, streamlining training. Electives eliminates my need to find experts for each topic and do all the planning, which frees me to focus on programming.
