I like that it is available in different formats, languages and webinars and tools. Creating awareness for your employees is now in a format that everyone can understand. Before, there was constant denial about workplace sexual harassment, now it is captured and shown in ways both sexes can comprehend. Role based learning is available. While there are reporting portals available, often sexual harassment comes with embarrassment and shame. What problems is eLearnPOSH solving and how is that benefiting you? This problem was evident in my employment environment when I graduated from college. I have no reason to believe the work environment in that state has changed one iota, since it was a male dominant society at both work and home. When I first came across eLearnPOSH, I couldn't believe that such a platform existed and why I'm not aware of it. It is so user-friendly, easy to implement and integrate and the number features - like specific modules for workers, managers and IC members are so great. What do you dislike about eLearnPOSH? Once all the modules are done, there is nothing new in the platform. That makes it less frequently used. I really like eLearnPosh because it's like having a personal POSH expert in your pocket. It;s so easy to use and is packed with information. The only thing I don't like about eLearnPosh is that it can be a bit overwhelming at first, There's so much to learn! The POSH learning lessons are very easy to understand. As I am not too good in english but it made me to understand the courses easily because of its availablity in other languages.Hindi is my primary language. This is the plateform where we need to come for the training which is much needed for the corporate worker. As a growing world men and women are working together so there must be an awareness among the workers to maintain the decoram and work etiquette. The best standout of the tool according to me are - The tool can be customized with an organization's branding. A subscription to the tool includes e-learning, webinars, and a policy drafting tool that can create a policy in just about 8 - 10 minutes.
