LMS has all the features. But the integration and operation teams give instructions, which part needs to be live. Sometimes the server matters a lot. If the server is down, the LMS will be slow. But its nothing to do with LMS. These are the external factors. **What problems is eLearning Courses LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problems that LMS is solving are online learning, learning tracking, calendars, scheduling, collaboration and reporting. If the companies provide this opportunity, they track their employees learning skills.
