LMS is a great platform for learning, i have experienced with many LMS systems. like Cisco, hp, intel, online universities are using these. and that is the best because it provides everything, easy to navigate, search, track all the learning paths. But the integration and operation teams give instructions, which part needs to be live. Sometimes the server matters a lot. If the server is down, the LMS will be slow. The main problems that LMS is solving are online learning, learning tracking, calendars, scheduling, collaboration and reporting. If the companies provide this opportunity, they track their employees learning skills. Universities have an easier to maintain data, especially in covid, the Elearning method florished alto.
