Eldor is the AI platform that sells, supports and recovers carts across WhatsApp, Instagram and your website. Autonomous from day one, in your brand's voice. 1. Sales agent - It sells while they browse. Eldor knows your catalog like your best salesperson. It answers "will this match a green saree", pairs products, applies the right offer and closes, in the chat. - AI search that understands intent - Personal recommendations and upsells - Virtual try-on for jewellery and apparel 2. Support agent - Support that resolves itself. Order status, exchanges, refunds, answered in seconds on every channel. Your team sees one queue with an AI summary and the next best action on every thread. - Unified inbox across 7 channels - 78% resolved with zero agents - Escalates with full context, never guesses 3. Recovery agent - Carts come back. On WhatsApp. Abandoned carts get a personal nudge, not a template blast. COD orders get confirmed before they become returns. Win-back campaigns run themselves. - 31% of carts won back - 96% WhatsApp delivery rate - Order confirmations that stop cancellations
