**What do you like best about Elcom Platform?**

full service solution from design and implementation to hosting and ongoing responsive support

**What do you dislike about Elcom Platform?**

Is an expensive option for a non profit and can't compete on price.

**What problems is Elcom Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

needed a full service solution. Needed ongoing maintenance and support. Never have had to worry about security updates/ patches/ service going down. Have enabled newsletter mailouts to thousands without a glitch.

> Thanks for your feedback. We have a number of not-for-profit clients who find our modular approach supports their limited budgets as they only pay for what they can use. There are of course many cheaper options in the market but for a fully functional WCMS we are considered best value by independent analyst Gleanster. Please explore with your Elcom Account Manager other ways we can perhaps add value.
