The control itself is scalable at will for our purposes and offers strong performance both in the area of transactional emails and in classic list-based dispatches. The user interface has also made significant strides forward with the new Elaine.io interface, which was previously one of the weaker points. With Elaine, we also have the ability to implement complex solutions directly from a specialist department through no-code implementations, and we are also in very good communication with the support and product teams. The next stage of development for Elaine is certainly the platform's own AI "Aido", which not only supports in the area of generative AI but is also capable of making complex decisions.
