Their newly introduced interactivity feature blowed my mind. I was using it to create scenario based learning for our colleagues for the role-play. As a new user, I thought it would take me days to create the videos, but it was actually easier than I expected. They offered tutorials on YouTube as well and their customer support was incredible. I also loved that it was possible to invite my supervisors to the account to moderate my work without actually purchasing an additional seat. **What do you dislike about Elai.io?** I think I was satisfied with the whole experience overall. The service offers animation of your own virtual characters to use as an avatar in your videos. The service also allows upload of your own voice/audio files, so you are not forced to using their library of voices if you do not like them or if you prefer a specific voice. Also, the service is very easy to use - like using powerpoint. Customer support is also rather active, helpful and replies quickly. **What do you dislike about Elai.io?** Once you add many assets (images, videos, etc) on a singular slide, the editing part of the slide becomes very laggy. Could have optimization improvements. If you would like to have your own virtual avatar animated, it has to be of very specific proportions. For example, the mouth has to be small and human-like, and it did not really work out that great with our animated avatar of a humanized tiger (with a larger mouth). So we had to make his mouth a lot smaller than it actually should be, changing the look of the mascot. **What problems is Elai.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company uses ELAI for several reasons: 1. Marketing - it helps with using our animated mascot speak for us, because it is more or less the face of the company. With ELAI, we can make this possible, and we can utilize these videos created on the ELAI platform in our social media presence. 2. Content development - our company built a software platform (SaaS) which is a business simulation, but also has a section with educational material developed by a university professor. The customer service and support have been wonderful. This software cuts down the cost of generating new videos or simply updating old ones. I love it. As of now, there are too many edits that need to be made to fix the errors. Fortunately, the easy fix is to upload a .pdf file. I also would love to see two-factor authentication or an email link to log in. The risk of a hack and the generating of a video that would be detrimental to the user/brand is nonzero.
