Ekspat CRM is a cloud CRM for immigration agencies, independent legalization specialists, law firms and in-house HR teams that handle cases of foreigners in Poland. Each case keeps the client's details, documents, key dates and comments in one place. The client fills in a questionnaire in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian or English and uploads files in the client panel, where the case status is also visible. The specialist checks each document and approves it or returns it with a comment. From the questionnaire answers, Ekspat CRM prepares the case documents: the application, declarations and a power of attorney. It covers 8 procedures: temporary residence, permanent residence, EU long-term residence, change of permit, invitation, registration of residence of an EU citizen, recognition as a Polish citizen and granting of Polish citizenship. Document checklists with examples come ready for each case type, and the team can edit them. Ekspat CRM reminds the team of visa and residence card dates and of interviews. The account owner assigns clients to managers, hands cases over and sees reports by client and by manager. Closed cases go to the archive. The Ekspat team moves data from spreadsheets or another CRM free of charge. The interface is available in English, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian.
