The current software really struggles with merging/blending batches. The processing time is beyond slow and bogs down the whole system for the rest of our team trying to use Ekos at the same time. Some defaults in the new software are frustrating, for example; starting off a new batch as brite instead of green. The integration of every aspect of the production and sales of beer production is integral to effeciency of business processes. EKOS customer support and innovation in their own platform is second to none. If you have a problem, they have a solution for it with their software.over the last three years of working with the software, is had been constantly improoved and updated to enhance the user experience.
