What do you like best about Ekos?

As a New Brewery we needed a Partner to help us get a handle on our Business related to Supply Chain and TTB Filing because all of the unknowns we would encountering and Ekos so far has helped bridge all those gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ekos:

If you are on the fence related to a system that helps you track your process related to inventory and production, look no further than Ekos. Recommendations to others considering Ekos:

Have a couple calls with Support ahead of time to make sure you have everything clear in your mind before pressing into implementation. It'll save time and effort in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ekos solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Ekos?

Inventory batch planning, and cost analysis are all very helpful tools i love having Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ekos?

Its a lot of work to go back and add one ingredient into master recipes. Id like cleaning logs on tanks to show up differently visually as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helpful for tracking sales, reviewing history and easily pulling up past sales data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can be clumsy, sometimes when updates occur, we see issues that arise on the accounting end as production things flow through that require us to contact Ekos to correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ekos?

Compared to other brewery inventory management software, Ekos is by far the most intuitive. It is easy to get everyone onboarded, and expand the users as needed with minimal training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ekos?

It integrates with Quickbooks, but does not replace it. This is a good or a bad thing, as you still need to run a separate financial software, but we actually prefer that for our setup.

It also does not have the strongest ingredient batch tracing, which we currently do manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ekos solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ekos keeps track of our inventory in and out of production, and notifies us when we need to reorder ingredients / supplies. This reduced last-minute calendar changes and helped us to expand production with minimal errors. It also follows the cost of goods, including batch fluctuations, which is highlighting changes we need to make to reduce these costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Wine Business Software That Connects Production to The Entire Business"

What do you like best about Ekos?

After reviewing many wine software options, we chose to work with Ekos because their production software and multiple business-focused software are all one package. They tie in all aspects of cost analysis with production to calculate our actual cost per bottle. Other wine industry alternatives only focus on one part of the business and often do not integrate. What do you dislike about Ekos?

Currently Ekos does not handle vineyard specific data management, however, we are in current discussions about performing this in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
