It is easy to use and can be deployed to a wider population based on role based security. It is within the Successfactors environment so appears seamless to the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EIR WORKstream? The reports are in csv so cannot be formatted similar to excel. Recommendations to others considering EIR WORKstream: If you are looking for comp analytics this is a great tool but don't expect fancy graphs. Also factor in annual consulting costs in addition to subscription fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is EIR WORKstream solving and how is that benefiting you? We were able to move away from the BI platform and provide access to the Comp Analytics reports to a wider population.
