Recordkeeping and closing the loop on corrective actions are core to what we do, so it's good to know both are working well for you. Your point about building audits tailored to specific areas is fair. Setting up area-specific audits should feel more straightforward than it sometimes does, and improving that experience is part of the module work we have underway right now.
