I like the customization, prompt customer service and self help tools. The ability to add and remove modules on a subscription basis is great. EHS is always making improvements to the system as well. Customer service is prompt and they accept improvement recommendations from the community which is great. A couple of my ideas have been accepted and implemented which is great. EHS Insight nags you to close our tickets even when it's clear you are on vacation(away message). If they don't hear from you, they close i even if it's not done. It's great to hear that onboarding and support have been solid and that you're finding the AI functionality useful. Those are areas we've invested in heavily, so it means a lot to know they're landing well. Your point about some features feeling basic or outdated is fair, and it's feedback we take seriously. Customization flexibility only goes so far if the underlying functionality hasn't kept pace, and modernizing those areas is a real priority for us right now. We're actively making changes across several modules to bring them up to the standard you'd expect from the rest of the platform.
