There is ease of access for clinicians for quick scheduling, quick progress notes, recurring appointments, etc. It allows a smoother daily charting and scheduling. I also really appreciate how we have been able to customize for our mental health practice. The integration of the patient portal has also been helpful. It has been pretty easy to quickly send over assessment measures or new client paperwork. I appreciate the tracking. I also like the reports to track my billing, notes that need done, etc. **What do you dislike about EHRYourWay?** I would like for improvement of grammar especially when interacting with clients (e.g. email template for portal upload). I often catch grammatical mistakes in practice system. There are a few needed ways to continue smoothing out the process. I would love for a record of emails sent to patients as well. Overall, the calendar is great but I'd love a quick version on a mobile device. That way I would not always have to fully login in. The greatest drawback with our practice is that the patient portal needs greater ease of access. Once clients can access from a mobile device well, the functionality is there. But currently it is best to use a laptop limiting access for some. **What problems is EHRYourWay solving and how is that benefiting you?** I really like the integration with outlook. It smooths my daily scheduling. I only tend to have clients on my EHRYW schedule but with the sync, I can compare everything on my outlook schedule. It also really helps with charting. They are willing to work hard to make it happen. It was easy to implement throughout the agency. We use it on a daily basis and love the different features it provides. The team is also so dedicated to the customization of the site and making everything perfect for your specific needs! It also had even more features than we were previously working with like the ability to add clinican notes right from the scheduler. **What do you dislike about EHRYourWay?** Customization did take more time than we were expecting, but that was partially our company's fault. The integration of payment plans created through bank accounts was less seamless than expected as well, but we were able to find a work around. **What problems is EHRYourWay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Putting all the features we need into one system because we were previously using 2 different systems and had multiple spreadsheets needed to keep track of all of our information. The structure is succinct and is an excellent companion to reflect the meaningful work that is done with clients. **What do you dislike about EHRYourWay?** I have found the SMART planner under treatment planning a little trickier to use and get the hang of. I also like that you can open your previous note and use that as a starting point for your note for this session. That saves me SO much time, which is huge as a therapist when we often only have 10 minutes between appointments. There's also a lot of check boxes so you don't have to type out every little thing. **What do you dislike about EHRYourWay?** I do wish there were even more ways that EHR Your Way reminded you of things. For example, if it could remind you to re-assess symptoms every so often or if it could notify you that you haven't seen a patient in x amount of months, that would be absolutely amazing! **What problems is EHRYourWay solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't think anyone becomes a therapist becuase they want to write progress notes. EHR Your Way makes it a lot easier, faster and streamlined to get your documentation done. If you're supervised or do co-therapy its also really easy to share a note for review. I mentioned this in my main review, but the reminders really are so helpful. There's a million things to keep track of as a therapist, so its nice to get reminders if a note slips through the cracks on a busy day or if time flies and next thing you know you've been seeing a patient for 6 months and you need to update their goals. ### 25.
