We love how simple it is for our company to customize the site and platform to our exact specifications down to every detail. It allowed us to use all of our own existing documents and they built the platform to design. It saved significant time on training and having multiple versions of formatting. They made the transition so smooth with all of the training support and how customizable everything was. We were able to use all of our existing forms and everything was able to be kept the same. The portal options allow us to gather signatures and it integrates with a signature pad, which is both very helpful but also a license requirement in our field. The indexing of documents is very helpful in storing and organizing everything. It's easy to find your documents and keep complex charts organized.
