**What do you like best about EHRYourWay?**

Our organization has been working with EHRYW since summer of 2024. I have had consistently positive experiences with EHRYW overall, including communication, problem solving, and customer service.  EHRYW was very helpful in the implementation process, ensuring that we had ample time and space to ask questions and explore the new environment.  Additionally, since we’ve rolled out, we have been very happy with the customer experience - the support staff always responds to my many questions or requests quickly and professionally.  Regardless of the individual addressing our support tickets, everyone has been very helpful in investigating back-end things, fixing bugs and providing context so that I can better conceptualize the EHR environment which has been really helpful in thinking through ways we can further customize to meet our needs.  Recently, I was working on a ticket with a support member who let me know that the system did not have the functionality to support my request, but he also provided some alternative ideas to my original request, which allowed us to meet our needs in a different way - just a way I wouldn’t have thought of without the collaboration.

**What do you dislike about EHRYourWay?**

As with all EHRs, there are limitations - though I will say that the team is always seeking opportunities to further develop and improve systems and functions - and they also solicit feedback from users to better understand customer needs, etc. Clients have reported varied feedback about the client portal, but it is difficult to determine if that is user error, access issues (such as inconsistent internet access) or truly feedback that belongs with the EHR itself.

**What problems is EHRYourWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary focus at this time is working to streamline our workflows (clinical flow, reporting, etc) to improve clinician and client experience as well as to improve our data collection practices. The EHRYW team is great about responding to any questions, concerns, and requests.

EHR your way is an extremely helpful tool! Compared to other providers in the past, I have found it to be more effective and concise with very minimal bugs or issues. It is so helpful for creating unique forms and reports that ensure we can work smarter and not harder! It truly saves us so much time and everyone is always so easy to work with!

There’s nothing that I strongly dislike about EHR your way. I would say that I feel the mobile site could be more user friendly… it’s challenging to search clients and navigate it the same way as the desktop version which in prefer but it is a newer tool and not worked all kinks out which is fair.

EHR your way is helping me to streamline records in chart management by creating forms and tools that help navigate the complexities of care with more ease!

What I like most about EHR YOUR WAY is how user-friendly and straightforward it is. The system is easy to navigate, even for clinicians who are not especially tech-savvy. Documentation, treatment plans, and billing are organized in a way that makes sense clinically, which saves time and reduces frustration. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever questions come up.

Some features could benefit from minor updates or additional customization options, and certain processes can feel a bit manual at times. However, these are small issues and do not significantly impact overall usability or efficiency.

The amazing support we received from EHR YOUR WAY staff. They have been amazing and always quick to answer.  We have worked with them so much it is like they are working with us at our organization.

we all hate implementation time and this was no different. but EHR YOUR WAY was right there to help us work through any problems we had so quickly or to come up with a better way.

no more paper charting, we are all electronic because of EHR YOUR WAY. This is helping with our communication and efficency of staff as well as our documentation of patient charts. EHR YOUR WAY has also helped us pass our annual reviews because they were able to see all the settings we have to ensure forms are being done when they are needed to be done.

**What do you like best about EHRYourWay?**

One of the things I appreciate most about EHR Your Way is how much it continues to grow and improve. Every few months, something gets easier, more intuitive, or more streamlined. The whole system feels like it’s evolving with us, which makes our workday flow so much better.

It’s also budget-friendly — a huge plus for a nonprofit clinic like ours. We get the tools we need without the overwhelming cost that comes with a lot of other EHR systems. And their support team? Honestly, they have stepped up big time. They respond quicker and genuinely try to help, which makes a world of difference when we are juggling client care and admin tasks.

**What do you dislike about EHRYourWay?**

There are a few spots where EHR Your Way could still improve. The inbox can feel a bit messy — having options to sort or organize messages into folders would make communication much easier to manage.

I would also love to see more client payment options directly through CMS, like PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo. That would remove a barrier for many of our clients who don’t always use traditional payment methods.

A little more flexibility for administrators to edit forms would also be amazing. Clinics evolve, insurance requirements shift, and being able to adjust our forms without going through support would save time and headaches.

And because we work with interns, having built-in prompts or reminders in the assessments, notes, and treatment documentation would be incredibly helpful for training and consistency.

Lastly, client communication through the portal can be a challenge. Emails often land in spam, or clients get confused trying to log in. A cleaner, more intuitive system would really improve their experience.

**What problems is EHRYourWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EHR Your Way helps us keep our clinic organized without a ton of manual work. It has made charting, scheduling, and general workflow much more efficient. For a small nonprofit, having everything in one place — and not needing to rely on several different programs — really saves time and reduces stress.

The biggest benefit is that it supports the way we work. It doesn’t feel like we have to force our clinic into someone else’s rigid system. EHRYW helps us stay organized, keeps our costs manageable, and frees up more of our time for actual client care instead of chasing down paperwork.

It also gives our staff — from seasoned clinicians to new interns — one central, consistent place to document and collaborate. And because the platform keeps improving, we feel confident that it will continue to support us as our needs grow.

**What do you like best about EHRYourWay?**

EHR allows me to stay organized with my schedule and never miss a meeting or an important work event! The administrative assistant is able to easily add events to my schedule, so there are no miscommunications. I also like how I can link my EHR calendar to my google calendar, so I never miss an event that has been added. It also allows me to have easy access to important documents/files/records. This way, I am able to stay informed and up to date on all the client cases that I work on. It's been a rare occurrence that I need to utilize customer support; however, the issues have been resolved very quickly when I have contacted them!

**What do you dislike about EHRYourWay?**

At first, I was not seeing all the events/meetings that were added to my EHR calendar by our administrative assistant. However, linking the EHR calendar to my google calendar has resolved this issue!

**What problems is EHRYourWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EHR helps me stay organized with my schedule, especially when our administrative assistant adds meeting, evaluations, assessments, and other important events to my calendar. Before using EHR for this, it was easy for meeting times to be confused. Additionally, it was difficult to get all of the information and records to review for each client. However, EHR makes this easy to review these documents all in one place.

From a data analyst standpoint, I’ve had a really positive experience using EHR Your Way. The system makes it easy for me to view, pull, and review charts without any unnecessary steps. Everything loads quickly, and the layout is organized in a way that makes data retrieval straightforward.

I really appreciate how consistent and reliable the platform is. When I’m working with charts or pulling information for reports, I don’t have to fight the system or dig around to find what I need. The search functions are clear, the data is well structured, and navigating through records is smooth.

Overall, it’s been a user-friendly and efficient tool for the work I do. It supports my workflow instead of slowing it down, and that’s something I really value.

I haven't found anything I dislike about EHR. It has been an all around positive experience for me.

We've found that EHRYourWay is quite easy and offers seamless documentation. It provides great reminders and internal communication features. Overall, we have been happy with the implementation of EHRYourWay into our private practice. Documentation and communication has been efficient, and no discrepancies have been noted since switching to this system.

While it's difficult to note a downside, If we had to choose one thing that we "like least", the system itself sometimes appears a bit "dated" aesthetically speaking. Not a major concern nor deterring factor.

They really do make the product accommodate my company's needs. Don't have it how you like it?? They seem to get it for you. 
Our providers love the ease of use, especially if they have any experience at all with another planform.  It really makes a difference with job satisfaction when they are not overwhelmed with documentation.
EHR Your Way integrates well with portals for other platforms where our providers are serving facilities with Point Click Care for example. They can still obtain our notes although we don't directly document in the facility EHR.

There are occasional updates that can break something that worked fine before the update. Their engineers are very good, and they can fix it, but it happens.

EHRYW partnered with our agency to tailor all required forms to our specific needs. The structure of our progress notes and treatment plans is clear and user-friendly, allowing for efficient documentation. Clients generally report no difficulties accessing the online portal.

As a therapist, I have very few concerns regarding EHRYW. The primary issue I occasionally encounter is that treatment plan goals and objectives do not always automatically close after an assigned end date. That said, EHRYW has made genuine efforts to address this issue to the best of their ability, which I greatly appreciate.

I appreciate how easy EHR was to learn and to use. I do all my patient scheduling and EHR makes it easy and simple to book appointments and modify them if needed.

**What do you dislike about EHRYourWay?**

Based on my experience so far, there have been no major downsides to using EHR. As a dietitian, I would appreciate more resources to assess growth trends, like growth charts, however, this is not necessary and would just be a bonus.

EHR allows me to easily chart on patients and also access notes from other providers which aids me significantly when doing a chart review before seeing a patient.

What I like most is the simplicity. EHR YOUR WAY feels built for real-world providers who need efficiency, not bells and whistles. It’s intuitive, quick to navigate, and supports compliance without adding extra administrative burden.

The support team has been extremely helpful and they do not try to limit our changes to how the program works for us. I enjoy the ability to view my appointments and the ease of organization when it comes to working. Completing paperwork in EHR is easy and simple, as well as uploading documents to a client's chart. I have never had clients' complain about using the patient portal, and find it a easy way for getting releases signed and submitted. Once you are familiar with the system and having a few clients under your belt, the system is easy to use and familiar enough to remember what is important and what isn't. There is a lot of convenient options within EHR that really help providers save time and effort.

I do wish there was an option to view two documents side by side. Occasionally, there is information in another document that I need to access for a new document, and I wish there was a way to streamline that process. There was somewhat of a learning curve, trying to learn where everything was and understanding the different drop down menus, which can make navigating a little difficult if you are new to the system. However, this does not overall impact your ability to use the system.

**What do you like best about EHRYourWay?**

Easy to navigate between documents also to transfer therapy notes to other EHRs.

**What do you dislike about EHRYourWay?**

I have NO issues with this EHR! It’s very easy to use. The templates and functionalities are great for mental health clinicians.

**What problems is EHRYourWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating quick clinically useful notes that easily are exported into facility EHRS.

**What do you like best about EHRYourWay?**

They typically are able to make the system do what I need. This is different than other systems that require the provider to modify their workflow to fit the system.

**What do you dislike about EHRYourWay?**

Some time enhancements take a while to get implemented. But unlike other systems they are implemented 99.9% of the time. And a while may be a few weeks where with other systems the "while" was months or years.

**What problems is EHRYourWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client portal and automations are very helpful.

It simplifies the documentation process.

Sometimes there are some glitches when entering data however they can be resolved through reaching out to customer service

Taking notes is much faster for me because I can easily copy over any information that stays the same.
