Moreover, an e-Prescription module integrated within the system enables you to send electronic prescriptions to pharmacies and get refill requests. The cloud-based architecture ensures that your system remains up and running efficiently regardless of the amount of load pushed on it. It was an easy system to learn and started e prescription right away. The notes and system upload of documents makes it easy to access and share with other providers. The available lab integration and radiology makes it so much more than EHR to help patients with results. The best feature is access for patients to communicate and get results without phone calls . The apps for doctors and patients are wonderful tools to integrate and facilitate patient care. The navigation between the apps and portal is effortless due to a seamless interactive interface. **What do you dislike about EHRCentral?** There isn't much to dislike. Every system has a learning curve to learn a new system like few weeks. Set up of customization for specific features / notes does take time initiall but once it is completed it saves more time. **Recommendations to others considering EHRCentral:** Easy migration from other EHR and literally can be up running new system over the weekend with no real downtime. Complete EHR plus the added features. The free apps for doctors and patients allows ease of communication and increased satisfaction from my patients! **What problems is EHRCentral solving and how is that benefiting you?** I feel that I am solving communication of notes and results to patients and providers. Improving communication between patients and myself. Ordering and results of tests are automatically charted to patients chart without staff. E prescription and no need for paper are added environment friendly. The billing and payment methods are very helpful and well integrated to help cost saving and reduce overhead. ### 2.
