I appreciate using KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress) because it effectively protects employees from both inbound and outbound email threats and aids in human risk mitigation. I value its capability to reduce risks associated with phishing, accidental disclosure, and providing insights about the riskiest users. The banners are a standout feature, automatically adding visual cues based on risk levels, which help users notice them easily and stay informed about potential threats. Additionally, it efficiently filters out unwanted spam and 'Graymail,' which reduces the noise in our inboxes significantly. The software integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365, and the initial setup was very easy, with the implementation team making the onboarding process one of the smoothest I have ever experienced. The reporting could be better. I get a great dashboard but would love the ability to make custom reports much like my KnowBe4 phishing awareness portal. I would also like for PhishER and the Abuse mailbox to be merged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
