This last update has moved the menu to an unfamiliar location and it has been hard for us to find the actions we normally use, such as sending secure upload links for secure client document sharing. Perhaps you already provide this, but if we could have a chat box where we can ask things like 'Where can I find the Secure Upload link icon?' that would be helpful. I like how Egnyte makes accessing and sharing documents seamless with my peers and subcontractors. It efficiently handles sharing documents with large file sizes quickly. I find Egnyte incredibly useful for managing project files at work because it allows us to save everything to the cloud seamlessly with its desktop connector. I have a minor annoyance with Egnyte where I have to reauthorize it after a browser system update. This issue seems to arise because Egnyte might be primarily designed for PCs, while I use a Mac.
