Digital assessment service to analyze and enhance people's soft skills with personalized questionnaires and continuous learning suggestions. Eggup supports HR processes, both for recruitment and people development purposes, by using HR Analytics. All our solutions are GDPR compliant and can be easily integrated via API. Eggup allows to create assessments that would 100% fit clients' needs. Our tests are highly customizable in just a few clicks and can be used in different scenarios, from soft skills mapping to the implementation of candidate pre-screening questions in the recruiting phase. Eggup's solutions are useful for people profiling, including raw scores for each personality trait analyzed, with graphs and short descriptions of the characteristics. Eggup's assessments are very effective and easily customizable: they allow you to evaluate and compare skills, competencies, attitudes and motivations of the people in your company by choosing the most appropriate set of traits. Eggup supports people self-development processes through its Smart Coach solution, an innovative way of advising people through the presentation of emotional suggestions recommending certain books, movies, TED Talks, podcasts, online courses, songs and biographies. These personalized suggestions are based on the results of the soft skills assessments.
