I was easily able to add and update frequent flyer numbers/ member numbers to earn points for stays or flights. Generally it was pretty easy to select specific carriers or hotel chains. Results are displayed in an easy to search/narrow functionality. It's easy to select time preferences on travel booking as well as apply for "out of policy" exceptions. The logic behind certain fares or bookings being in or out of compliance can be challenging. While a reason is given with a tool tip, it doesn't always align with the reality of the situation.
