I use this tool for sending messages to customers

This tool has come a far way but I feel it can take more improvement, It sometimes lags(slow)

I use it to converse with customers

**What do you like best about eGain Conversation Hub?**

Once it is up and running it is very effective. Customers and employees love the ease of using it. Overall great product and will enhance your communication.

**What do you dislike about eGain Conversation Hub?**

The implementation was a little bit of a struggle. It took much longer than planned.  Their support was very professional and eventually with the help from our internal IT department got it to work.

**Recommendations to others considering eGain Conversation Hub:**

Overall it is a great product. Many features are offered and will not only enhance your customer satisfaction but your internal productivity as well. 
Plan extra time for implementation and testing if you are considering.

**What problems is eGain Conversation Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, it is another way for our customers to communicate with us and a way that they wanted to. Secondly, productivity has increased significantly after about 60 days of use.

**What do you like best about eGain Conversation Hub?**

I like this platform because it offers an effective communication channel for customers, the platform offers you all the tools so that you can attend to customer interactions in an optimal way, I like that it has an artificial intellegency system that serves you of support to answer frequently asked questions and keep the client online, I like it because you can integrate all the social networks of the brand in a same session and attend from Egain to the clients, you can answer chronologically since the program allows you to see a list of questions and also allows you to classify them. 

**What do you dislike about eGain Conversation Hub?**

So far we have used egain with total normality and it has been efficient, I have not found something that I do not like about the application. 

**Recommendations to others considering eGain Conversation Hub:**

The customer service now has new horizons are no longer effective phone calls, or attentions at the counter, people expect to see the active brands in the networks and that from this medium they solve their concerns, so I recommend applications such as egain that They are one step ahead of all customer needs and provide us with the necessary tools.

**What problems is eGain Conversation Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to integrate our customers with our brand, people can have a conversation with our agents just as if they were talking to an acquaintance in the networks, since the goal is to serve customers in the environment where they normally operate and get us Let all this be possible.

**What do you like best about eGain Conversation Hub?**

What I like most about eGain is how easy it is to use for business users, easy to implement new knowledge, conversations and emails. Definitely has many aspects in favor, allows companies to provide excellent customer support through multiple channels, including email, chat. The other thing that pleases me is that most of our customers who try the chat seem to like it. I think it's an excellent option for those people who want to have a flexible schedule. They give people the opportunity to learn and grow with the company. This software offers a large number of services that will help the company to be closer to providing a high quality service.

**What do you dislike about eGain Conversation Hub?**

What displeases this tool is that it has too many different things and this causes that in many opportunities it is difficult to navigate with comfort. 

**Recommendations to others considering eGain Conversation Hub:**

Recommend a tool that you have the security that will give credibility to your words is with eGain that you will achieve it, with it find a solution for the client, you will have at your disposal an innovative software that will facilitate the company-client relationship in your company. It is versatile and uses different channels of attention. 

**What problems is eGain Conversation Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The truth is that customer satisfaction through eGain is the greatest benefit that has given to our company, since, apart from providing a better quality of care, we feel a closeness through this platform.

The ease of use as well as the multiple functions available to us.

Sometimes, it almost feels like too many options - if you can consider that a bad thing.

We’re able to manage our customer database as well as provide many different options for our customers to be able to engage with us.
