**What do you like best about eGain Cobrowse?**

It lets agents give real-time, collaborative, high-value support. By helping people right when they need it, your business can turn website visitors, who are customers or potential customers, into profitable, long-term customers.

**What do you dislike about eGain Cobrowse?**

Interface design could be improved. API integrations limited. Not easy to get in touch with Support.

**What problems is eGain Cobrowse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agent and customer can fill out forms together, field by field. They can even highlight certain parts of a form or web page to make them easier to see.
Lets you set up business rules for certain web pages. For example, a business rule can be written to stop agents from submitting forms or viewing sensitive information in certain form fields.
