We've been using EFTSure in our finance team for over a year now, and it's become a crucial part of our payment process. Before EFTSure, verifying supplier bank details was time-consuming and honestly, pretty risky. We were always worried about the possibility of paying a scammer or processing incorrect banking information. Since implementing EFTSure, that stress is gone. The system verifies supplier details in real time and flags anything that doesn’t match up using a really simple traffic light system — green for safe, amber for caution, red for don’t pay. It’s super easy to understand and gives us confidence before hitting “approve.” One of the biggest wins for us has been avoiding payment redirection scams, which are getting more sophisticated all the time.
