**What do you like best about eFront?**

What I like best about eFront is its intuitive interface and powerful learning management features that make it easy to create, organize, and track training programs. It also offers strong customization and reporting tools, which help organizations tailor learning experiences and measure progress effectively.

**What do you dislike about eFront?**

One drawback of eFront is that its interface can feel somewhat outdated compared to newer LMS platforms. Additionally, some advanced features and settings can be complex and require technical knowledge to configure properly.

**What problems is eFront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eFront solves the problem of managing and delivering training in a structured and centralized way. It benefits me by making it easier to organize courses, track learner progress, and ensure training is completed efficiently.

The best thing about eFront is that it has everything you need, it's customizable and very easy to use. On top of that, the support is great!

Some aspects of the interface is quite dated the course builder, for instance.

We can automize almost everything and provide great education, without any problems.

The ability of the eFront professional services team to quickly add and maintain functionality unique to our eLearning implementation.

Dislike is too harsh a word, but I would like the reporting feature to be a little more robust.

We are providing Test Prep and Supplemental Algebra to high school and college students.

**What do you like best about eFront?**

Easy to use and regular system updates. The gradebook is awesome!

**What do you dislike about eFront?**

Articulate scorm files that change status and must be marked manually as completed.  Would like to see all exam attempts in gradebook (regulatory requirement).
Would prefer to have a Teams option for virtual training.
Instead of global settings logging out users after a specific time, allow this for certain courses (regulatory requirement for some courses).

**Recommendations to others considering eFront:**

Integrate your skills/HR reporting system with eFRont so that daily employee profiles are automated, and training records are not a manual process for skills reporting readiness.

**What problems is eFront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have saved time and costs using eFront due to the various automated functionalities.  eFront enabled us to use the functionality successfully due to COVID-19 requirements.

Very quick and efficient tech support, eFront also adds most features for free for addons they developed for other clients.

Needs improvement on integrating Gamefication features for selected courses.

System configuration, course custom reports, the eFront team is able to guide us easily if solving problems can be done from our end.

**What do you like best about eFront?**

We moved from another LMS in JAN 2018 to eFront as it had a much better enterprise solution and richer features. The nesting of branches, using jobs to allocate courses, dedicated support and ability to create individual portals for each client network has been the most beneficial. Also, there is a lot of scope to extend with curricula and skills which we haven't even had a chance to implement. We're confident that eFront will be able to scale up as we grow our client and learner base.

**What do you dislike about eFront?**

The only downside was a bit of trouble we had when migrating data from another LMS to eFront, but that was expected.

**Recommendations to others considering eFront:**

I only have a general recommendation that applies to any LMS and that is to make sure it caters for your future growth. We had to move from another LMS to eFront and it would have saved us a lot of work if we'd signed up with eFront from day 1.

**What problems is eFront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a particularly complicated client base with several nationwide networks that need to be separate from each other in terms of branding and access to courses. Within those networks we have different levels of branches that require individual and group reporting and eFront provides that functionality. This allows us to solve the problem of managing different branded courses, allocated to different networks and branches and accessed through a branded portal as well as allocating course sets to learners based on multiple jobs.

Ease of use, multiple options, high flexibility in creating modules. Best of all it's super well priced which makes it even better to use and scale. Set up required very less time. Zero issues till date.

None, it's pretty much does everything our firm needs.

It's a basic and simple to use straight forward LMS platform with very easy set up.

**What do you like best about eFront?**

The ease of use and the functionality.  A perfect one stop shop for all training resources with a platform that is intuitive and userfriendly.

**What do you dislike about eFront?**

Efront is not esthetically pleasing.  You are also limited in ways of which you are able to organize your files and folders.

**Recommendations to others considering eFront:**

Improve esthetics and organizational elements.

**What problems is eFront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to better support staff remotely by providing business and training resources that can be accessed wherever and whenever they are needed.  

We are also able to monitor the usage of efront and assess staff knowledge and application.

This is helpful when providing support to franchisees who are overseas and in different time zones.

The fact that you can customize every aspect of it. Although it costs more to develop customization it's really worth it for big banks.

**What do you dislike about eFront?**

Slow sometimes and isn't easy to handle. Plus, you have to have a lot of funds to manage for the license to be worth it

**Recommendations to others considering eFront:**

Wait because it's going to be way better in the future. You really need to have a lot of volume to justify buying a license.

**What problems is eFront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Works best for Middle Office and TA use. But it still lacks basic functionalities when doing Fund Accounting such as multiple payable Unsettled Transactions.

The software allows for great flexibility with slicing and dicing portfolio data. The functionality ties in input from various teams - administration, accounting, operations, and investment management to produce dashboards that are useful in periodic reviews, as well as for ad hoc data requests.

To get the most out of the functionality, some training and initial implementation/customization effort is required.

Budget meaningful time investment for initial implementation and training.

There is a learning curve, but once past, it's one of the most seamless tools for the job.

* Clean simple to use interface - our users have all commented on how easy the system is to navigate
* Wide range of course, test and survey options - creating courses from any source is very simple
* Excellent support from whole team - all questions answered promptly on the same day
* Great functionality with customisable reports and notifications
* Free hosted solution is an excellent addition

**What do you dislike about eFront?**

The only area where they are somewhat lacking is some of the more intricate features / areas of the system are either not documented in the knowledgebase, or the info is out of date. Although generally these omissions are handled by support and I've been informed that the v5.1 of eFront will update the documentation

They might not fit every organisation's needs, but they are certainly a cost-effective and easy-to-use way to implement the structure of your organisation to suit your learning needs.

It allows us to train our many different customers how to use our products, while also allowing them to use eFront to add their own content.

The think that I like the most about the eFront tool is that it is intuitive and easy to use. With just a little bit of effort the admin can be up and running very quickly. 

**What do you dislike about eFront?**

The only limitation that I see at this point is the lack of an easy way to associate users with their manager or director within our hierarchy.

eFront tool is a tremendous tool for any organization that needs to develop and deploy training content to a large organization.

eFront allows us to quickly and easily distribute new training content to our new hires during our onboarding process. It also allows us to manage our annual compliance training with ease.

**What do you like best about eFront?**

I like how the design interface of eFrontLearning and how easy it is to teach customers and users on how to navigate through it. It was also a huge improvement from their previous version when it comes to managing courses from the admin level.

**What do you dislike about eFront?**

There are still a bunch of limitations for this LMS. Here are some of it:
- customized email blasts specific to groups
- customized announcement specific to groups
- customiezd notifications specific to groups
- Granular upload. If I only want to change a certain file, I have to upload the whole zipped file
- Admin 

**Recommendations to others considering eFront:**

eFrontLearning is a nice LMS for small or huge organizations without being hindered by the high costs required by other big LMS services.

**What problems is eFront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to have an LMS that not only can host our courses but also offer those courses to our clients. Being able to have a group for each of our client and assign admins and report managers for each group helps us keep things compartmentalized.

The user friendliness of efront and ease to use is what I like best. It is cost effective as well.

Customisation is a bit limited. Limited plugins to add functionalities.

We were getting a new LMS in place and had a list of about 100 requirements. Efront Pro was able to meet about 65 of those and in the end was not the best fit for us.

Easy to use, simple user interface, creates random examination based on given difficulty, automatic evaluation of the test, useful statistics and easy to use student progress and payments

**What do you dislike about eFront?**

Initial setup was a bit tricky and also inporting content requires a some coding skills

**What problems is eFront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use efront to perform examinations at the non-profit I am working for. After two years of using it I can honestly say that is one of the best choices. It is very simple to use, without the need for technical knowledge and it has many different options for exam questions covering all I need.

We use it for surgery courses, a lot of videos, presentations, it is easy to manage the information and check the progress of students. The online support is also awesome!

I need a programmer to help me upload the content.

The platform let us keep progress of the students, we use a lot of videos and that is not a problem at all.

The platform is user friendly, has lots of functionalities and capabilities. It is great to use.

No possibility to have video conferences within the platform.

Costs are being reduced through the lack of trainers accommodation, transportation, meals, and other expenses
