We can save time and money on searching emails.It has a very fast indexing search tool.Fast accurate search with multi-coloured highlighting of keywords in the Omnibox and filters. **What do you dislike about eFiler?** I am not happy with their customer support other than there is no negative thing about eFiler. **Recommendations to others considering eFiler:** eFiler is the ideal business tool to manage emails in Outlook and has been designed to make life easier. Good value.Save time, save money, save your email with eFiler to keep Mailbox sizes to a minimum and to maximise productivity. It is ideal for small and mid-sized business. **What problems is eFiler solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solve our problem of full Mailboxes and lost emails with the eFiler add-in toolbar for Outlook which files email into file system folders in msg format by predictive list, drag and drop filing and Cloud Sync (for Android, iPhone or IMAP webmail), or automatically using the eRules feature. It has very helpful administrative features, eFiler Policy manager allows network administrators to set and deploy common policies effortlessly. ### 2.
