Available as eFiler365 for New Outlook (supporting all devices) and as a COM add-in for Classic Outlook, eFiler works with the storage you already use, so there's no migration and no new infrastructure to learn. Key capabilities: File emails to network or cloud storage — save messages next to related project or client documents, so nothing is trapped in one person's inbox Search filed emails directly from Outlook — find messages stored in network or cloud locations without leaving your inbox Reply and forward as normal — filed emails behave exactly as if they were still in Outlook Direct API integrations with Autodesk Docs, SharePoint, Egnyte, Google Drive Save and search emails to any other cloud desktop connector Automated filing rules — predictive and automated options reduce manual sorting and improve team-wide adoption eFiler is built for teams who rely on shared folders, client or project-based file structures, or network drives, and want their email correspondence organized the same way as everything else — without shared mailboxes, public folders, or a separate email archive to manage.
