It answers repetitive customer questions, qualifies leads, checks orders, stock, appointments or availability in real time through APIs, and hands the conversation to a human agent when needed. From a single panel, teams design conversational flows with a visual editor, connect channels (WhatsApp Business API and a lightweight, customizable web chat widget), test flows in a sandbox before publishing, and review a unified session history with analytics to spot drop-off points and frequent questions. Multichannel: the same flow can be published on web and WhatsApp. No long-term contract; customers can set it up themselves or have the Efiprox team implement it.
