What do you like best about Effy AI?

It's a good free platform for 360 feedback. Easy to use, pleasant interface, client-oriented customer support. The platform has a good integration with Slack that was very useful for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Effy AI?

It's still a young platform that needs improvement. AI doesn't work properly with any other language, except English. The UI performance is slow (we had about 60 respondents). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Effy AI?

I use Effy for our company's 360 reiew process. I like how there are pre-made templates and administration of the feedback is relatively simple and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Effy AI?

Guidance on when the free product turns into paid one is not clear. If Effy could send us an advance warning that the free limit is being reached, it would have been more helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Effy AI?

Easy to use, will AI resources that helps and improve time for feeback process, has a really good UI and easy to find and create feebacks.

"Save time with Effy"

What do you like best about Effy AI?

We conduct performance reviews 4 times a year. Each review run took tens or even hundreds of hours. Employee engagement was low. When we implemented Effy, it took minutes to start collecting feedback. Due to the fact that effi has a cool integration with Slack, collecting feedback has become very user-friendly and we were able to increase engagement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Effy AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I said, we conduct reviews 4 times a year for each employee. As part of this review, we evaluate soft skills and hard skills, after we have collected feedback from colleagues, we develop a PDP with this lead and present it to an employee. As part of the presentation, we discuss the tasks and steps that an employee needs to take to improve productivity. We fix all this in Effy, and then for 3 months the team leader controls the implementation of the development plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
