"User Friendly"

What do you like best?

Eliminating paper onboarding has saved us time and energy. We are not having to chase down employees for paperwork and they have found it very easy to use.

What do you dislike?

There isn't anything we have disliked about the onboarding process

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have solved issues with waiting on employees/managers to send us onboarding paperwork for new hires. This has made things easier for our HR department as well as for managers on property because it takes one more thing off their plate. The responsibility is now fully in the new employee's hands.

"Love it!"

What do you like best?

We came from an old school paper hiring system. Efficient forms onboarding is amazing and such a time saver

What do you dislike?

Nothing really. I sometimes wish it pointed to what needs done when I miss something but it is usually easy to figure out

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Use way less paper and ink. Only print what I must but I have it all there digitally if need be

"Efficient Forms makes hiring easy"

What do you like best?

Efficient forms walks our employees through the onboarding process and asks the important WOTC questions that are very important to us.

What do you dislike?

The only downside is sometimes it can take 15- 30 minutes for our staffing software to update when an employee finishes the onboarding.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There's no easier way to keep your new hire paperwork secure and up to date than with Efficient Onboarding

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Efficient forms keeps our employee's personal data secure and they help us obtain as many tax credits as possible. Both are major benefits to us!

"Intuitive"

What do you like best?

The site is easy to move around for our restaurant managers. I would say the best thing is how simple it is for them with their busy schedules.

What do you dislike?

Actually there isn't anything at this time I can say that I dislike.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have one place for our managers and applicants to on board that get's integrated into our payroll system and that in itself is very attractive to any business.

What do you like best?

It's Electronic!!! No more filing and no more losing employees documents

No Step by step instructions on how to remove those required to sign that no longer work for the company

"Positive, flexible, user-friendly"

What do you like best?

The workflow based setup allows for intuitive learning for new users, dashboard feature is simple for managers to learn. Willingness of EF to adapt to our needs has been highly appreciated.

What do you dislike?

Early delays in communication were improved over time, platform still has opportunity for improvement and growth.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our client's ability to complete new hire documentation more efficiently, less paper chasing, better maintenance of a large volume of client documents.

"Excellent Product"

What do you like best?

The easy of being able to get new employees thru the paperwork.

What do you dislike?

Wish it was more easily tied into their login in thru Kwantek

Way less paperwork produced, saves alot of room on filing. It gives us the ability to have everything at our fingertips versus having to dig thru files.
