It's a common platform to communicate with customer. So it protects from any miscommunication arising due to mail conversation and that is the best aspect of Efecte ITSM I like the most. What problems is Efecte ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you? As earlier mentioned it's a common platform to communicate with customer and it is open to all team members. So in my absence anyone can check the old communication. But same is not possible when it comes to mail communication.
