What do you like best about eFax Online Fax Service?

It allows us to communicate easily with a section of the Amish community that will use fax but not email. We do not get very many faxes from these advertisers, but we get a fair amount of total revenue. We can send them a pdf of their ad without them needing to have an email account or computer access. What do you like best about eFax Online Fax Service?

I can always rely on eFax online when it comes to my business. I fax to the IRS on a regular basis and usually while I have a agent live on the phone. Efax has always been so reliable and easy to use, with follow up emails that are sent to you. The website is easy to use and eFax online makes my job a whole lot easier. What do you like best about eFax Online Fax Service?

I like the fact that I actually have a fax number. With today's technology not everyone has a fax number, everything is done via email, but when someone requires a fax number, I like knowing I have my own and I am able to continue business as usual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about efax online is the ease of sending and receiving faxes. It is a great way to save money on printer paper because you don't need to print off those unwanted faxes that you receive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eFax Online Fax Service?

Setting up is so easy. You just make an account and a fax number number is assigned to you. The interface is user-friendly and everything is laid out for you. You upload the documents you want to send, fill in information about your recipient and voila, your fax is sent. I also appreciate the variety of subscription plans offered and the ability to cancel at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eFax Online Fax Service?

If you are faxing large documents, you will be charged an additional amount that isn't disclosed on the subscription pages, but somewhere in the terms and conditions. This can make faxing with eFax more expensive than other services. Additionally, there is no feature to show you that a fax is pending, only a temporary pop-up that tells you it was sent. This can be a nuisance if you're sending multiple faxes or those with large documents and want an email confirmation or somewhere on the homepage showing you the status of your faxes. I wish there was a thumbnail screen that allowed you to mouse over a fax to preview the contents so you can easily find a fax you are waiting for or check any of them for urgency. It takes too many mouse clicks to send any fax. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
