eFax allows for the reduction in the use of paper as documents can be retrieved and transmitted electronically. eFax also diminishes the need to be at a physical location to fax and receive documents which supports remote work effectively. eFax also eliminates the need for a phone line dedicated to fax. What do you like best about eFax Online Fax Service?

What do you dislike about eFax Online Fax Service?

You have to download an incoming fax in order to view it. You cannot forward faxes. If downloading a fax from the sent folder it is in a tiff format and only shows the 1st page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For effortless online faxing, eFax has been my top choice. I particularly appreciate the flexibility of sending faxes through their online portal or straight from my email. To further enhance the user experience, I suggest considering updates to the portal's functionality and appearance. The inclusion of a feature to monitor pending sent faxes would greatly improve workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eFax Online Fax Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

eFax Online Fax Service is primarily solving the problem of cumbersome and outdated traditional faxing methods. It eliminates the need for physical fax machines, phone lines dedicated to faxing, paper, and toner.

This benefits me in several ways:

-Ease of Use: As I mentioned, eFax has been the easiest online fax platform I've used. This saves me time and reduces frustration when sending and receiving faxes. The ability to fax directly from email is a particularly convenient feature, streamlining my workflow.

-Cost-Effectiveness: The affordable pricing makes it a "set it and forget it" solution. I don't have to worry about the ongoing costs associated with maintaining a physical fax machine, which can include paper, ink, repairs, and a dedicated phone line. This represents a significant cost saving.

-Convenience and Flexibility: The online portal and email integration provide flexibility in how and where I can send and receive faxes. This is especially useful when I'm not in the office.

Difficult to teach and navigate the interface, difficult to manage, support is not helpful, and above all else, THE COMPANY PORTED MY NUMBER TO ANOTHER SERVICE WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND WILL NOT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ABOUT WHERE IT WAS PORTED TO. HOW CAN A SERVICE LIKE THIS CLAIM COMPLIANCE OF ANY SORT WHEN INFORMATION THAT IS BEING FAXED TO A NUMBER THAT COULD CONTAIN HIPAA DATA IS NOW BEING FAXED TO AN UNKNOWN SOURCE. NO CHANCE OF RECOVERING MY PHONE NUMBER BECAUSE THEY HAVE ROYALLY FUCKED ME AND REITERATE THAT I AM NOT AUTHORIZED TO HAVE PORTING INFORMATION EVEN THOUGH THE PORT THAT WAS REQUESTED WAS NEVER AUTHORIZED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
