We have used a 'landline' fax for over 20 years. When we re-structured our phone system, we looked at getting rid of our fax line. However, we still have customers who prefer to fax their orders to us. Efax allowed us to continue to offer that option. The fact that the faxes come straight to a designated email makes is easy for us to reconcile and not miss any orders. It also reduces the costs of paper and ink and lessens the equipment wear and tear. We use efax on a daily basis and it has seamlessly integrated into our customer service and sales desks.
