What do you like best about eFax Online Fax Service?

I find eFax Online Fax Service easy to use and really simple for saving contacts to the recipient list, which is great for recurring document submissions. It offers a convenient way to send and receive faxed documents from companies in our industry and potential clients. The initial setup was very simple and fast, which was a big plus. What do you dislike about eFax Online Fax Service?

I wish I could view unsuccessfully sent faxes. It would help me identify which document needs to be resent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eFax Online Fax Service?

Faxes come quick and are of comparable quality to a traditional fax machine. The UI makes it easy to open (download) each individual fax. The ability to preview them makes finding older faxes easier. I utilize eFax daily and it is easier to manage than a physical fax machine (and much quieter!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eFax Online Fax Service?

What do you like best about eFax Online Fax Service?

I like that you're able to log in anywhere at any time and check for the faxes. It's better than having the actual fax machine in the office that you have to go to wait for the fax to come in. The electronic fax is convenient and very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eFax Online Fax Service?

When sending a fax, sometimes it takes a while to confirm that it actually went through. It'll say fax sent, but the confirmation that I'm able to view takes a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eFax Online Fax Service?

I find eFax Online Fax Service significantly faster than traditional faxing, and I love that it saves paper. The service is super user-friendly, with fast sending and receiving times, and it's well-priced. The initial setup was super easy, and once I figured out how to set up the notifications to my email, it made using eFax so much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up the notifications to my email wasn't straightforward initially. Also, I think when logging in it should take you directly to your message inbox instead of the send fax screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eFax Online Fax Service?

I like that eFax Online Fax Service is fast and easy to use. Sending documents is faster and effortless, as you just send it and it's gone. The platform setup was incredibly quick, taking only five minutes to be up and running, which made us ready to use it immediately.
