Some Verified Certificate can be pretty expensive. The systems for taking quizzes is not very elaborated and I have had problems with it. If you are not a self-driven learner. These courses can be difficult to complete, especially since many sign-up for the courses for free, there is no monetary loss for failure to complete the course. At times, there are faculty members overseeing the course (who can provide feedback or field questions) though in my experience, faculty members are often not very involved.
