Their communication is always excellent and very focused to make sure they fully understand our needs, it was very easy for all of us to get on the same page in the beginning. The team they provided got up to speed much faster than we expected (smart and talented developers!) but there is still frequent communication to see what is working, what isn't, and what should be changed. They are very quick to staff new projects and provide a mechanism where they train additional engineers on the project to compensate for vacation and sickness. Their employees think outside the box and contribute to my teams with ideas and mentoring for even my junior staff where they can (like when their automation engineers are more senior).
