Frequent coding issues after updates

Queueing reports takes such a long time as EVERYONE in the corporation using the platform who submits a report has to wait on all the previous ones

Frustrating to use, many features such as autofilling empty cells and simple individual comments are not present

Unclear use of wording as "Total Score" represents being out of 10 points (for example) and the weight that assignment has is represented by the word "Points" when it actually represents the weight of the assignment.

It frequently logs me out and I have to log back in

It goes down nearly once a week and we can't enter grades

They do not have a chat feature or customer support phone number, so even though we pay a substantial fee, it is actually our internal staff that have the burden of helping all of the users to figure this out. You have to click many different navigation buttons to get to one place and the information is often disorganized. When using Synergy SE, the system takes more than 3 minutes to load any pages or perform any action, as well as teachers having to have a template handy to navigate what each drop down actually means. Basically everything about it. It wold be okay, if it were 1995. To get from the grade book, to the parents' email address, and then back into the grade book takes a lot of steps. I dont know why relevant data cannot be located together, without having to switch pages. Schools already have slow enough internet- Synergy is almost unusable, at best.
