EducationXR is the flagship platform of Heizenrader LLC, a software company focused on making immersive training accessible to every organization. We serve enterprise customers across healthcare, defense, manufacturing, and corporate training, including Mayo Clinic, GE, Merck, Siemens, Philips, and DoD. Built on Unity, EducationXR provides drag-and-drop authoring tools that let L&D teams, subject matter experts, and instructional designers create interactive XR training content without writing code. The platform supports deployment to every device type, including VR headsets, tablets, phones, and desktops, from a single project. Content is structured around Courses with step-by-step procedures, camera-guided walkthroughs, and a built-in visual scripting language called Flow for adding interactivity and branching logic. EducationXR solves the two biggest barriers to enterprise XR adoption: content creation cost and device lock-in. Instead of spending $40K to $50K per custom experience with an outside agency, organizations build and update training content in-house (equipment SOPs, safety procedures, onboarding, compliance modules) and deploy it across their entire workforce on whatever devices they already have.
