Registro Timetabling by EDTEX produces complete, clash-free timetables for universities, medical schools, law schools and business schools. A constraint-based optimisation engine turns your programmes, courses, sections, faculty and institutional rules into a full term, semester or academic-year timetable. It then validates every later change, so a reschedule never creates a hidden clash. Built for complex academic programmes - Schedules multiple programmes, years and sections in one timetable - Handles core courses and electives alike - Applies faculty availability, preferences and leave - Encodes each institution's own policies and scheduling rules - Generates weekly timetables as well as full term and academic-year timetables Part of a connected academic suite Registro Timetabling runs on its own or as part of the Registro academic operations suite, alongside Course Bidding, Student Registration, Attendance, Grading, Fee Management, Course Feedback and Student Exchange. Where course bidding or registration is used, the results flow straight into enrolments, sections and the timetable, with no exports or re-keying. Integrations API integration with Salesforce for courses, faculty, sections and class schedules. Single sign-on through Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID. Who uses it EDTEX, founded in 2017 in Hyderabad, serves around 40 institutions, including 25 of India's top 50 business schools. Schools using Registro Timetabling include IIM Bangalore, IIM Lucknow, IIM Calcutta, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Sambalpur, NMIMS and TAPMI.
