I like its auto-formatting feature, which helps me write code. The clipboard monitor is useful, and the transparent notepad is helpful when typing something from other windows. The "view in browser" option allows me to quickly verify how the changes look in the browser. It's also easy to detect the opening and closing braces. The text-to-speech conversion feature is helpful, and I can open multiple tiles in a single window to compare something. Additionally, it has a multiple-character library feature. I don't particularly appreciate saving every file and giving it a name, which irritates me It does not provide autocompletion in case I have already typed in the work. I have been using Edit+ for a while now and the best thing I like is that it is very lightweight and fast. The second thing that I like is that it has syntax highlighting which makes the errors stand out. This helps a lot in debugging. I also love that it has plugin support so the feature set can be expanded. Being a developer, a good IDE/Text Editor is always needed and Edit+ does its job well. This editor is one of the straightforward editors to use with no heavy layout or any other heavy customization. You can use this for plain text and any different programming language. It supports multi-file handling. Also, you can customize your color code at your convenience. It also handles special characters, which is rare for other editors. Also, they can add autocomplete features for syntax more. One of the must-have features on editors nowadays would be file comparing. Edit+ must think about this as well. I am a web developer and use languages like PHP, jQuery, and javaScript and use frameworks. While writing the code, we need a simple yet powerful editor.
