Edit+ is commercial software that requires a license fee for its full version, while Sublime Text offers a free trial period but requires a license fee for continued use. It provides syntax highlighting for various programming languages, code folding, customizable keyboard shortcuts, FTP/SFTP support for file transfer, and a powerful search and replace function.
