**What do you like best about Elevate?**

I really like the service provided by Elevate. It has been great for helping us support our EDI operations, sorting out error messages, and dealing with connection disruptions. The ability to get visibility into EDI issues and quickly work through error messages or connection disruptions has been the most valuable aspect. These capabilities have helped us identify issues quickly, reduce downtime, and keep EDI running smoothly. The setup was fairly easy, and everything is working as expected right now.

**What do you dislike about Elevate?**

At this time,  i do not dislike anything

**What problems is Elevate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Elevate for EDI support. It resolves EDI issues, error messages, and connection disruptions, providing visibility and reducing downtime.

Nothing at all, no comments of displeasure, excellent team.

Reduce complexity and errors in EDI processes through a simple and managed platform with specialized human support, allowing for more efficient operation, reducing incidents, and at the same time, identifying growth opportunities, strengthening competencies, and assuming a more active role aligned with the organization's needs.

**What do you like best about Elevate?**

I truly value how accessible and responsive the support team has been throughout our experience. Elevate adapted to our quickly evolving EDI requirements and the varied needs of our customers, even providing support for multiple formats and UCC-128 labels. The team offered guidance during setup, training, and shared best practices, which made the transition both smooth and efficient. Our customers often have very specific EDI needs, and Elevate has consistently managed to address each unique situation. Even though EDI is complicated they made setup easy for us.

**What do you dislike about Elevate?**

It looks like I'm required to say what I dislike about Elevate but I can't think of anything.

Setting up EDI for all sorts of situations required by our customers.

We’ve had a great experience working with EDI Support LLC. Their team combines deep expertise with a genuinely collaborative approach; they make complex concepts feel straightforward and are always patient in helping us understand the details. We received extensive training and consulting support, and the level of responsiveness and transparency throughout was outstanding.

Jim, in particular, has been an excellent partner - knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. It’s rare to find a team so committed to helping people succeed and learn along the way.

No major issues, everything has been smooth and professional.

They’ve helped us get our arms around EDI and integration workflows - something that used to feel overly technical and hard to navigate. Through their training and consulting, we’ve gained a much better understanding of how data flows between systems and how it all works. The biggest benefit has been clarity and confidence - what felt complex now feels manageable to understand thanks to their expertise and responsiveness.

**What do you like best about Elevate?**

EDI Support has also been instrumental as a consultant having implemented EDI project many times before.  Their consultants really know different industries and all of them focus exclusively on EDI and our current ERP system implementation.

**What do you dislike about Elevate?**

EDI Support can be limiting for companies like mine that are eliminating the use of on-premise ERP and exploring cloud-based solutions for EDI as well.  This causes limited scalability owing to the weak integration with already advanced cloud counterparts.

**What problems is Elevate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EDI can offer a more global support to companies willing to establish or to improve their EDI methods.  Their highly qualified consultants assist patrons across the implementation process to make the transition seamless.

**What do you like best about Elevate?**

We've been working with the EDI Support team since 2020.  Their attention to detail and quick response times to any outreach helps support real time problem-solving. The experience and knowledge they bring to the table has been key in helping us push projects forward and shape expansions and upgrades within our company. This has allowed us to grow other areas of our business with their consistency of work. We view EDI Support as an essential extension of our TFH team.

Nothing! EDI Support has been a pleasure to work with.

**What problems is Elevate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complete EDI integration with our Sage 100 platform. Daily troubleshooting as needed by my request for any inbound or outbound translations. Anything that we can come up with, we shoot to their team and they handle efficiently.
