Food menus that answer 'can I eat this?' before a diner has to ask. Edible takes the guesswork out of allergen and dietary information for both sides of the table. For food businesses: One data source generates a website menu, printable spreadsheet, and branded menus for the table. Update once and all three stay in sync. No reprints or out-of-date spreadsheets behind the bar. For diners: Menus are accessible online and filterable, showing what's safe, what to avoid, and what can be adapted to suit. No calls, emails or interrogation at the table. It's all there up front. It works both ways: diners find places they can actually eat, and restaurants fill tables with guests their menu already suits. Most allergen menu tools were built for chains with compliance teams and scaled down. Edible was built for independent businesses first, from the neighbourhood café where the owner is also the chef, to the restaurant group maintaining standards across venues.
