One of the key benefits to working with EDI Partners is their knowledgable and responsive team. Sauer has enjoyed a very long and successful relationship with EDI Partners and continue to be impressed with their level service, creativity in finding solutions, and flexibility in working with our changing deadlines and customer requirements. Most importantly, their ability to understand and solve our business problems quickly and thoroughly is invaluable to our business and ease of integrating with our customers. The only suggestion that I might make is that they educate us on tools that might help with monitoring our customer communications. When requested, they are very responsive and provide great tools. EDI Partners provides all of our organization's EDI services - mapping, translation and communication as well analysis and project managment for new customer projects or implementations. On a daily basis, their team provides excellent monitoring services and support for any EDI related exceptions. Additionally, for new EDI projects, The EDI Partners team acts as an extension of our IT team by getting fully involved in the design, development and testing of our projects to ensure success.
