What do you like best about Edgescan?

I love the fact that Edgescan reports back to us once it's found the results, and it's clear and concise. The portal is very easy to understand, which usually results in us completing what we need to harden the environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

There are a couple of false positives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Edgescan - a company that listens"
5/5
What do you like best about Edgescan?

Edgescan offers a considered approach to each aspect of their product. They are keen to engage and solicit input from their customers in order to develop and improve what is already a robustly unique and effective offering. Onboarding has been simplified as a result of feedback. The provision of stats supporting optimised efficiencies is especially helpful in demonstrating the value of the service. The unified portal and custom reporting, along with the manual review and QA of all test results before releasing them provides us with control over schedules, how information is presented and confidence in the findings. The customer service is excellent, with responses by return. In short, working with edgescan feels like a true partnership and I cannot recommend them more highly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

There is little to dislike about this company. The scan results can sometimes take longer than expected but that is because, unlike most alternative providers, all results are manually reviewed before release and it is only by a day or two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Partner with Innovative AI Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Edgescan?

I love the AI insights, which are one of the newest features, and they help us utilize metrics effectively. I appreciate the customized dashboards as they save a lot of manual labor and make data more accessible for analysis. I value the great partnership we have with the Edgescan team; they are always supportive, adaptive, and progressive, which ensures our needs are met timely and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

I found it challenging to use the customized dashboards in the past, as I have not been able to use them effectively, which was a pain point. Though we are now working on making them more usable, it previously hindered my ability to efficiently access and process information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product with a great team behind it!"

What do you like best about Edgescan?

On demand pen testing as a service

ALL findings are validated by a person which eliminates a large number of false positives

Because all findings are validated by a person, it makes risk prioritization easier for organizations with limited resources

The ability to rescan for a specific vulnerability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

It's not much of a downside but because every finding is validated by a person, scans can take a longer time to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beyond Expectations: Edgescan Provides Comprehensive Asset Visibility and High-Fidelity Results"
5/5
What do you like best about Edgescan?

Most recently Edgescans innovative approach to consolidating both penetration testing and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) results in 1 management portal has brought significant Visibility & Governance benefits. In the past, managing these two critical security functions separately led to fragmented visibility and increased complexity. We have improved our security posture by providing a centralized platform that offers a unified view of our vulnerabilities. We are also able to serve our compliance / audit requirements more efficiently through this centralised mechanism Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

The newly released Edgescan AI Insights feature looks intriguing - I will need to properly review the capability in order to assess how it can introduce tangible benefits within our organisation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Easy integration with ServiceNow.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

- The UI is not as much intuitive as other tools.

"Edgescan makes it easy to manage and validate vulnerabilities without the noise"
4/5
What do you like best about Edgescan?

The retest feature is super handy—just click a button after a fix and they handle the rest. I also like that their team validates findings, so we’re not wasting too much time on false positives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edgescan?

While the platform is strong overall, raising support tickets through a separate support center can feel a bit disconnected. It would be much more convenient if we could initiate support requests or ask questions directly within the Edgescan portal (live.edgescan.com)—like a built-in chat or "request support" button. Also, the reporting functionality could use more flexibility for non-technical stakeholders, and at times, the UI can lag slightly when handling large datasets.
