They are keen to engage and solicit input from their customers in order to develop and improve what is already a robustly unique and effective offering. Onboarding has been simplified as a result of feedback. The provision of stats supporting optimised efficiencies is especially helpful in demonstrating the value of the service. The unified portal and custom reporting, along with the manual review and QA of all test results before releasing them provides us with control over schedules, how information is presented and confidence in the findings. The customer service is excellent, with responses by return. In short, working with edgescan feels like a true partnership and I cannot recommend them more highly. I found it challenging to use the customized dashboards in the past, as I have not been able to use them effectively, which was a pain point.
